much does the Personalized wrapping paper cost?
We
offer three rolls or more for $12.00 each. Two rolls are priced
at $13.75 each and we charge $15.50 for one roll. Shipping is FREE
on orders totalling $60 or more with Priority Mail.

When
ordering paper do I use just the first name of the recipient?
It's your choice. You can use
just the first name or first and last, but we generally don't recomment
using three. When the entire name exceeds our character count then
they have to be condensed and may not present well in the overall
design.
How
much paper is there in each roll?
Each roll is 30" by 8'. In our
experience this usually wraps two medium sized gifts.

we order longer or wider rolls of paper?
Yes. We can print larger and
wider rolls of paper. Email us your
specific needs and we will get you an individual quote.

Can
we request a new design not already featured on your website?
Yes. We will create a new design
if we do not have something comparable on our site at no extra
charge. Please keep in mind we will need 5 to 7 days to grant
your request. Email us your specific
design request and we will get working on it.

How
long will it take to receive my order?
When you check out, you will
be presented with several shipping options. You can choose UPS Next
Day, UPS Second Day, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Ground or USPS Parcel
Post.

The price for each shipping option is listed next to the option
and you can choose the service that best suits your needs. Just
keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes and the UPS options
are for the continental 48 states only. Canadian, Alaskan and Hawaiian
destinations are required to use the US Postal Service.

We strive to ship your order in under 48 hours, therefore, add 2
business days to the UPS days in transit listed in the shipping
options table to determine how long it will take to receive your
order.

is your Privacy Policy
What steps do you take to protect my privacy?
Our
privacy policy is simple: we do not share any personal information
with anyone; period. The only exception is if we are required to
by law. We also do not store or retain any credit card or bank account
information. The only information that we retain is your name, email,
and shipping address. Again, this is never shared with any third
party, and is only used to better serve you, the customer. We may
on occasion send you email updates that include valuable information
and new products that we offer on our website. If you prefer not
to receive these updates, just let us know and we will promptly
honor your request.

Can
I place my order via fax or through the mail?
Yes. Complete your order online
and on the shopping cart page near the bottom is section called
"Ways to Order". Click on the Print to order by fax or
mail link. This will allow you to complete the ship to information
page and your shipping preference. Then print the page and send
a check or money order to the address
listed or complete the credit
card information then fax or mail.

What
methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Check
or Money Order (please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days
when paying with a personal check). You can order using our online
Secure Order Form. On this Form you will be able to select your
payment method. To order by Phone or any other means please contact
us.

I've
never purchased products online before. Is my credit card information
safe on your site?
Yes. Our site offers safe and
secure online credit card purchases. SSL.

Can
you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Not generally. We will waive
this policy for customers who have done frequent business with us
but due to credit card fraud risks, we will not ship orders from
new customers to any address other than the billing address of the
credit card holder.

Do
you offer product guarantees?
All of our products are 100%
satisfaction guaranteed. Every product you buy must be free of defects
or you may return it within 30 days of delivery UNUSED for
immediate replacement or full refund.

What
is your Return Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied,
just return the merchandise within 30 days undamaged, for a full
refund. Shipping cost on returns for full refund is not reimbursed.
If an item is returned due to damage and being exchanged for the
same item we will reimburse your shipping cost. You must enclose
a copy of your receipt for postage.
